COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan (BCP) using Design Thinking
Business Continuity is a part of an organization’s strategy to
ensure that business can carry on despite extraordinary events
that affect the business landscape like Covid-19.
Conventional planning tends to focus on financials and processes, where level of ambiguity is low. BCP using design thinking is a human centric approach that is suitable for issues that are more complex with hidden human needs in response to sudden changes in the work environment.
