WSQ - Social Media Marketing
This course has been designed as an introduction to social media marketing where learners will be guided to recognize the importance of having a carefully defined target buyer persona so that content that they put out on social media platforms will be able to effectively engage, educate and entertain their followers.
Learners will first be given an overview on the benefits of using various popular social media platforms, with emphasis on Instagram features. Next, learners will discuss the role of digital storytelling and creation of SMART goals in social media marketing strategies and conduct a social media audit on their social media profiles. Learners will then create buyer personas and identify strategies to connect with their target audience along various stages of the buying journey. Best practices of social media content posting will be shared, with emphasis on content for Facebook ads. Finally, learners will be guided on the analysis of key performance metrics to measure social media content ROI so that they will know what content needs to be improved on for future social media campaigns
